Today is his last day here at the Times Herald, Hes headed for love and making carefree photographs in Houston. I'm going to miss our Sundays Keith King!

Grandma

I picked up grandma for lunch at our house today. We played some cards after. I think she had a blast.

Winter picnic

John and I spent the evening at the Walker's with Lisa, Yvonne made hotdogs on the wood stove and summer picnic food for dinner. We topped it with a few smoores.

Back to the car

The air failed to burn my skin tonight on the way back to the car. Everything was still, quiet, just the way I like it.

Saturday

I feel bad for the family who lost their home this afternoon. I've gotten to know a few of the guys from Kimball's fire department it helps to get in for those wide angle shots.

After the fire I made a few frames at the Tennis house, they were having a little kid tournament. Grace was sporting her I heart Imlay City t-shirt... where do you even get such a thing?

Its been a while since I have even thought about hit the "New Post" tab... I just haven't felt like telling any stories. With the holidays coming I'm hoping there will be a few moments made in my little black box. I hope my Canon gets fixed before Christmas but I'm not holding my breath. I met a few people on the street today dealing with the snow in the Great Lakes. We got about ten inches today. Devin was thrilled about the snow day. " I just kept praying and praying and praying it would be a snow day, when I woke up it was true."

Cary was out on his four wheeler not as enthused with the white stuff but he took on plowing out the neighborhood sidewalks. His beard looks uncomfortable.

Yummy

It's been snowing off and on for a day now. These two were on their way home from school and the little guy needed a snack.
